Receta Chocolate Dipped Candy

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. powdered sugar
- 2 c. minced nuts
- 4 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 18 ounce. of chocolate chips
- 1/4 lbs. butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- A little salt
- 1/4 pound of wax
Direcciones
- Heat butter till soft, add in vanilla. Mix the sugar, nuts and coconut well before adding the butter, lowfat milk and vanilla. The mix will be stiff. Chill for a few min. Roll by hand into small balls and place on wax paper. The next day heat 18 ounces of lowfat milk chocolate chips and 1/4 lb. of paraffin wax in a double boiler.
- Pierce the candy balls on a toothpick and dip in the warm chocolate mix. Place on wax paper. When done, go back and fill each toothpick hole with a swirl of chocolate. Store where cold. Makes about 80 pcs.
