Receta Chocolate Filling For Cream Puffs

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/3 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 2 T butter
- 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 T butter
- 2 T unsweetened cocoa
- 2 T water
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Put together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch and salt in heavy pan. Stir in lowfat milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till mix boils. Boil and stir one minute. Cool, fill puffs and glaze.
- Mix all ingredients well. Drizzle over cream puffs.
