Receta Chocolate Loaf Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 (1 ounce) squares melted chocolate
- 2 T cherry syrup
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 1/2 c. cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. cherries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 box confectioners sugar
- 2 T Crisco
Direcciones
- Stir shortening to soften; gradually add in sugar, creaming till light. Add in egg and chocolate. Add in dry ingredients and lowfat milk. Beat well. Add in cherry syrup, cherries and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees till done.
- Add in sufficient hot water and lowfat milk to mix ingredients. Spread on cake and sprinkle with coconut.
