Receta Chocolate Meringue Cookies

Ingredientes
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Beat egg whites stiff. Add in salt and sugar gradually. Beat well after each addition.
- Meanwhile, heat chocolate chips. When chocolate is cold, fold it into the meringue. Then add in vanilla.
- Lay brown paper on cookie sheet, don't grease. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 min.
