Ingredientes

  • 1/2 (10 ounce. bag) mint chocolate pcs (3/4 c.)
  • 1 c. heavy or possibly whipping cream
  • 1 pkg. (6) graham cracker tart shells
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Direcciones

  1. In sauce pan over medium heat, heat mint - chocolate pcs and 1/4 c. cream till chocolate melts, stirring occasionally. Chill mix 15 min to cold slightly, stirring occasionally. In small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat remaining heavy cream till stiff peaks form. Mix in cooled chocolate mix into whipped cream. Spoon into tart shells. Garnish with mint leaves. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Serves 6.
