Receta High Fiber Bran Muffins (Quick Bread)

Ingredientes
- 2 c. wheat and/or oat bran
- 1 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. egg beaters
Direcciones
- Put together bran and let stand 5 min. Put together next 4 ingredients; set aside. Mix butter and egg-beaters into bran mix. Stir in flour mix and raisins just till blended. Spoon into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 min or possibly till done.
