Receta Chocolate Mouse

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Semisweet chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Strong brewed coffee
- 2 x 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/4 c. Whipping cream
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate in a double boiler or possibly in a pan with warm water Add in sugar, coffee and egg yolks, one at a time. Stir till mix has thickened. Remove from heat. Let cold. Whip cream. Add in to slightly cooled chocolate mix. Spoon mousse into individual serving dishes. Cover. Let cold in refrigerator for 1 hour. Garnish each serving with a spoonful of whipped cream.
- Makes 4 servings!
- Tips: Do not let the water boil when melting chocolate. It will scorch!
