Receta Chocolate Oatmeal Revel Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter softened
- 2 Tbsp. Butter softened
- 2 c. Packed brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 c. Unbleached flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 3 c. Rolled oats uncooked
- 12 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Preparation Time: 0:40Lightly grease a 9" x 13" pan.
- In a large bowl, cream the 1 c. butter & the brown sugar together with an electric mixer. Add in the Large eggs; beat till light. Blend in the vanilla.
- Inanother bowl, stir together the flour & baking soda. Beat into the butter mix. Stir in the rolled oats.
- Spread 3/4 of the flour/oat mix into the prepared pan proportionately.
- In a small heavy saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensedmilk & the remaining 2 Tbsp. butter. Stir over low heat till the chocolate is melted. Pour the chocolate mix evenlyh over the oat mixturein the pan. Dot with the remaining oat mix.
- Bake for 20-25 min, or possibly till the edges are browned and the center feelsfirm.
- Cold in the pan on a wire rack. When cold, cut into bars.
