Receta Chocolate peanut butter and Coconut eggs
This recipe not only is delicious to eat but beautiful to look at ,set these in a pretty basket and watch them disappear HAPPY EASTER

Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1-8 ounce cream cheese softened
- 2and 1/2 lbs confectioners sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbls veg.oil
Direcciones
- In a l mixing bowl combine sugar,butter cream cheese ,and cocoa powder,and add vanilla
- Mix well and divide Batter into two individual bowls
- Stir peanut butter into one bowl and coconut into the other bowl
- using your hands shape and mold dough into egg shapes
- place on a cookie sheet till frozen, once the eggs are frozen melt chocolate and oil ,dip the eggs in chocolate till well coated
- place the eggs on a wax lined cookie sheet and return to freezer
- After they harden remove the eggs from the freezer .They can be refrigerated .So Creamy and Delicious ,and not hard to do at all .
