Receta Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies–”Awright, awright, awright”
Ingredientes
- Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies
- 1 c. lite coconut milk
- 1/4 c. plus 1 T. coconut oil
- 1/2 c. agave nectar
- 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. organic cocoa powder (I use Swanson’s.)
- 3 farm fresh eggs
- 1 c. oat flour (or simply place 1 cup of oats in a food processor and pulse until ground.)
- 1 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. fine sea salt
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips

%20to%20Julia%20at%20The%20Roasted%20Root.%20%20Julia%20is%20a%20chocolate%20lover%20and%20BC%20fan%20and%20even%20calls%20these%20%E2%80%9CBradley%20Cooper%20Brownies.%E2%80%9D%20%20I,%20however,%20am%20a%20new%20fan%20of%20her%20site%20and%20I%20found%20these%20delicious%20brownies%20there.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJulia%20made%20these%20brownies%20gluten-free%20by%20using%20gluten-free%20oat%20flour.%20%20%20I%20ground%20my%20own%20oatmeal%20up%20(just%20whatever%20I%20had%20on%20hand%20in%20the%20pantry)%20so%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20know%20if%20mine%20is%20truly%20gluten-free%20or%20not.%20%20%20I%20do%20know%20that%20these%20are%20pretty%20darn%20tasty.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20adapted%20her%20recipe%20a%20bit%20so%20my%20brownies%20are%20a%20bit%20less%20sweet.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees%20and%20prepare%20a%209%20x%2013%E2%80%B3%20pan%20with%20cooking%20spray.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20small%20sauce%20pan,%20%20slowly%20heat%20coconut%20oil,%20coconut%20milk,%20agave%20nectar,%20peanut%20butter%20and%20cocoa%20powder.%20%20%20Keep%20on%20a%20low%20setting.%20%20%20As%20soon%20as%20the%20coconut%20oil%20melts%20and%20peanut%20butter%20is%20getting%20soft,%20throw%20it%20all%20in%20the%20bowl%20of%20a%20stand%20mixer.%20%20%20Use%20the%20paddle%20attachment%20and%20combine%20these%20melted%20ingredients%20until%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20eggs,%20one%20at%20a%20time,%20mixing%20well%20between%20additions.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20separate%20bowl,%20whisk%20together%20flour,%20baking%20powder%20and%20salt.%20%20%20%20Carefully%20add%20dry%20ingredients%20to%20the%20chocolate%20mixture%20and%20mix%20until%20just%20incorporated.%20%20%20Add%20chocolate%20chips%20and%20mix%20a%20bit%20more.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20the%20batter%20into%20the%20baking%20pan%20and%20spread%20evenly.%20%20Bake%20for%2018-22%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20are%20a%20fudgy%20and%20moist%20brownie%20and%20I%20am%20adding%20these%20to%20my%20brownie%20repertoire.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20honor%20of%20his%20recent%20Oscar%20win,%20I%20would%20also%20like%20to%20rename%20these%20brownies.%20%20%20From%20this%20day%20forward%20they%20will%20be%20known%20as%20the%20Matthew%20McConaughey%20%E2%80%9CAwright,%20awright,%20awright%E2%80%9D%20Brownies.%20%20%20Sorry,%20Julia,%20I%20am%20more%20of%20a%20MC%20fan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECongrats%20on%20the%20Oscar,%20Matthew!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20a%20big%20thank%20you%20to%20everyone%20who%20sent%20good%20thoughts%20my%20way%20about%20our%20Meyer%20lemon%20tree!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20gave%20it%20a%20severe%20pruning%20(as%20some%20of%20you%20suggested)%20and%20it%20is%20now%20leafing%20out%20(as%20are%20our%20Calamondin%20orange%20and%20key%20lime%20trees).%20%20%20%20Thank%20you,%20thank%20you,%20thank%20you.%20%20%20I%20think%20they%20will%20be%20%E2%80%9Cawright,%20awright,%20awright.%E2%80%9D%20%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
