Receta Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. Firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. Smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 c. Half-and-half
- 4 1/2 ounce Lowfat milk chocolate, minced
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Water
Direcciones
- In a heavy saucepan heat the butter with the brown sugar and the corn syrup over moderate heat, stirring, whisk in the peanut butter and the half-and-half, and bring the mix to a simmer. Add in the chocolate and the salt, whisk the sauce till it is smooth, and whisk in the water. Serve the sauce hot over ice cream.
