Name: Chocolate Pudding Cake 1
Ingredients: 1 c. shortening; 2 c. sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 c. buttermilk; 3 c. flour; 2 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp salt; 1/2 c. cocoa; 1 1/2 c. sugar; 2 Tbsp. cocoa; 3/4 c. warm water, (3/4 to 1)

Ingredientes

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 x Large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
3 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. warm water, (3/4 to 1)

Direcciones

Cream shortening and sugar together, add in Large eggs then mix well, add in the rest of ingredients. Pour into 13x9-inch cake pan.
Topping:Mix together and pour over cake batter, bake in 350 degree oven for 50-60 min. Nuts may be added to batter if you like.
