  • 4 ounce semisweet chocolate
  • 4 ounce lowfat milk chocolate
  • 1 tsp oil ( vegetable is fine)
  • 2 c. cocktail peanuts ( remove some of the sat by shaking nuts in strainer)

Direcciones

  1. Line baking sheet with waxed paper.
  2. Heat chocolates and oil in top of double boiler over barely simmering water, stirring frequently, till smooth.
  3. Add in peanuts and mix till coated.
  4. Drop by small Tbsp. onto waxed paper.
  5. Refrigeratein refrigerator till hard.
  6. Serve directly from refrigerator.
