Receta Chocolate Whoopie Pies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 large eggs
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. baking cocoa
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. sour lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 2 T lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. 10X sugar
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar. Add in large eggs. Sift together flour, cocoa and salt. Add in alternately with sour lowfat milk. Add in vanilla. Dissolve soda in hot water and add in last. Mix well. Drop by tsp onto cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min.
- Mix, then add in one more cup 10X sugar and 3/4 cup shortening. If not stiff sufficient - add in more 10X sugar till holds its shape. Dab on one of cookies then put other half on top to create sandwiches. Makes 4 dozen pies.
