Receta Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Soft oleo
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 c. Grated zucchini
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Sour lowfat milk
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Cream together the oleo, oil and sugar. Add in Large eggs, vanilla, and sour lowfat milk. Mix well. Add in dry ingredients after sifting them together.
- Beat well. Add in zucchini last and mix proportionately. Put in a 13 x 9 pan.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. or possibly till done. This is GREAT topped with cream cheese frosting.
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) cream cheese-softened 4 Tbsp. butter-softened dash of salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- Cream together the cream cheese and butter. Beat in vanilla and salt.
- Gradually add in powdered sugar. Blend well. Frost cake.
