Receta Choke Cherry Jelly

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 c. Choke cherry juice
- 7 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 pkt Liquid Certo

- To make juice, Cook choke cherries, barely covered with water, about 30 min.
- Strain juice through cheese cloth. Combine juice, sugar and butter and bring to a rolling boil, add in Certo, return to a boil, boil 1 minute. Pack in sterile jars and seal.
