Name: Italian Sausage Brunch Casserole
Ingredients: 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed; 1 Tbsp. Butter; 8 x Mushrooms, sliced; 1 med Red onion, minced; 12 x Large eggs, beaten; 1 c. Lowfat milk; 8 ounce Mozzarella cheese, shredded; 2 med Tomatoes, peeled & minced; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd pepper; 1/2 tsp Oregano, crumbled

Ingredientes

1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
1 Tbsp. Butter
8 x Mushrooms, sliced
1 med Red onion, minced
12 x Large eggs, beaten
1 c. Lowfat milk
8 ounce Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 med Tomatoes, peeled & minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano, crumbled

Direcciones

Saute/fry crumbled sausage till no longer pink. Drain and put aside in bowl.
Saute/fry onion and mushrooms in butter till soft but not brown. Stir into sausage. Blend in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serves 8 to 10.
