  • 1 carrot, shredded or julianned
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green onion, sliced on the bias
  • 1.8 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 8 oz. drained mandarin oranges {about 1 cup}
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • crispy baked wonton strips(about ½ square per person) 4 to 6 strips
