Receta Chorizo A La Mexicana (Mexican Sausage)

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Lean pork
- 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Oregano, handrubbed
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 x Garlic clove, pressed
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
Direcciones
- Grind coarsely or possibly chop pork. Add in all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Let stand for several hrs. Fry without adding fat for about 30 min.
- If you aren't going to use immediately, pack the uncooked chorizo in a crock or possibly glass jar and keep in refrigerator. It will keep for several weeks. 3 ounce. or possibly 1/3 c. = 1 chorizo
