Receta Chow Fun (Fried Rice)

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Cooked Rice
- 3 x Bacon Strips
- 3 x Slightly Beaten Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. Meat, Finely Diced
- 2 x Green Onion, Finely Minced
- 1/2 lb Bean Sprouts (Optional)
- 6 x Mushrooms, Sliced Salt To Taste As Needed
- 1 dsh Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
Direcciones
- Cook bacon till lightly browned but not crunchy and set aside. Add in beaten Large eggs to bacon drippings and scramble. Remove and chop very fine. Add in cooked rice and fry for approximately 5 min stirring constantly then add in remaining ingredients; mix well and continue cooking for 10 min longer.
- Serve piping warm.
- NOTE: Use your favorite meats; pork, chicken, ham, beef, or possibly shrimp, or possibly experiment with whatever tastes good to you.
