Receta Christmas Coffee Cake Wreath

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. melted Crisco
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. hard packed brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 T butter
Direcciones
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Put together rest of ingredients. Stir all at once into flour mix, only till blended.Topping: Put together sugar, flour, cinnamon and cut in butter till crumbly.
- Place 1/2 of streusel in greased 1/2 qt ring mold. Top with half of batter. Repeat layers. Bake 30 min. Cool 10 min in the mold. Invert on wire rack, cool.
- Drizzle with powdered sugar icing and decorate with green and red for Christmas breakfast.
