  1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Put together rest of ingredients. Stir all at once into flour mix, only till blended.Topping: Put together sugar, flour, cinnamon and cut in butter till crumbly.
  2. Place 1/2 of streusel in greased 1/2 qt ring mold. Top with half of batter. Repeat layers. Bake 30 min. Cool 10 min in the mold. Invert on wire rack, cool.
  3. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing and decorate with green and red for Christmas breakfast.
