Ingredientes
- 5 x Egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 5 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Brandy or possibly cognac
Direcciones
- Add in salt to Large eggs and beat till thick and lemon colored. Add in sugar and flavoring and continue to beat. Add in lowfat sour cream and flour alternately, mixing well after each addition. Knead on floured board till the dough blisters. Cut in small sections roll very thin, cut into strips about 4 inches long slit each piece in center and pull one end through the slit.
- Fry in Crisco till lightly browned. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with 10x sugar.
