Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd chuck
- 1/3 c. Dry onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 x Strips bacon

- PROCEDURE:In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Don't overmix. Gently form 4 patties approximately 1 1/2 inches thick. Wrap 1 strip of bacon around each patty and cook over medium-high heat on a charcoal or possibly gas grill 2 to 3 min per side for rare and 7 to 8 min per side for medium-well. Brush lightly with hickory barbeque sauce just before serving.
