Ingredientes
- 6 x Pork chops Salt and pepper To taste Red chile sauce
- 1 tsp Onion salt
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 cl Garlic, sliced
Direcciones
- Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops in small amount of fat. Add in seasoning to red chile sauce. Simmer meat in sauce for 1 - 2 hrs or possibly till very tender. Serve with rice.
