Receta Chunky Salsa
Ingredientes
- 1 sm. can jalapeno chiles
- 1 med. onion
- 1 reg. size can whole tomatoes
- 2 med. tomatoes
- 2 green onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Blend in blender: Can of jalapeno chiles, can of whole tomatoes, medium onion (cut in sections to blend easier. Mix with blended ingredients: 2 medium tomatoes (diced to approximately 1/4 inch cubes), 2 green onions (cut to very thin slices and include greens). Add in salt and pepper.Note: Salsa can be made hotter by using larger can of jalapeno chiles. Different spices may be added for individual taste.
