Receta Churrascos Flan De Queso

Ingredientes
- 6 lrg Large eggs plus 5 egg yolks
- 2 can (14-ounce)sweetened condensed Lowfat milk Whole lowfat milk to fill 2 Condensed lowfat milk cans
- 1/4 c. Vanilla extract
- 10 ounce Cream cheese, cut into bits
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Water
Direcciones
- In a mixer or possibly blender, blend Large eggs, yolks, sweetened condensed lowfat milk, whole lowfat milk, vanilla and cream cheese and beat 10 min. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat sugar over medium heat till caramelized. When sugar is melted and golden, add in water. Stir to combine. Pour a little of the caramel into each of 12 individual, ovenproof flan dishes. Divide lowfat milk mix proportionately among dishes. Set dishes in a larger baking dish;fill baking dish with water to come up halfway on flan dishes. Bake uncovered at 200 degrees one hour.
