Receta Cilantro Rice

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 3 c. Cooked long-grain white rice, room temp
- 3/4 c. Each green/red bell peppers, minced
- 1/3 c. Green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. Fresh cilantro, chopped
Direcciones
- 1. Whisk the oil, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl till well blended.
- 2. Add in remaining ingredients. Toss to coat with dressing.
- Makes 5 c. or possibly 8 servings.
- NOTES : Can be made up to 1 day ahead and refrigerated. Bring to room temperaturebefore serving.
