- 1 CUBE BASIL PESTO, THAWED
- 3 ORGANIC GARLIC CLOVES
- 2 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC ONION
- 1 CUP ORGANIC ALMOND MILK, NO CARRAGEENAN
- 1 CUP ORGANIC RICE COOKED
- 2 END SLICES ORGANIC EUREKA BREAD IN CRUMBS
- 2 - 3 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC WHOLE GRAIN FLOUR
- 1/4 CUP ORGANIC PECANS, FINELY CHOPPED
- 1/4 CUP ORGANIC WALNUTS, FINELY CHOPPED
- 1 ORGANIC EGG, BEATEN
- 1 TEASPOON BRAGG LIQUID AMINOS
- 1/2 TEASPOON POULTRY HERB SEASONING
- A SHAKE OF BRAGG SPRINKLE

- PROCESS COOKED LENTILS & BEANS IN FOOD PROCESSOR.
- PLACE OLIVE OIL, PESTO TO THAW, GARLIC AND CHOPPED ONION IN SAUTE' PAN TO HEAT FOR A FEW MINUTES BUT DO NOT BROWN OR FRY.
- ADD ALMOND MILK AND WARM SLOWLY.
- PUT RICE AND BREAD CRUMBS IN A LARGE BOWL AND POUR WARMED SAUTEED' VEGETABLE MIXTURE OVER RICE & CRUMBS.
- PUT FLOUR IN SAUTE' PAN & STIR CONSTANTLY OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL ITS COLOR IS LIGHT BROWN. ADD CHOPPED NUTS, CONTINUE STIRRING UNTIL THEY ARE WARM, BUT NOT BROWNED.
- ADD BEATEN EGG TO WARMED MIXTURE, ADD NUTS & BROWNED FLOUR.
- ADD LIQUID AMINOS, POULTRY SEASONING & BRAGG SPRINKLE.
- ADD MIXTURE TO LENTILS & BEANS IN NINJA FOOD PROCESSOR AND MIX THOROUGHLY.
- POUR MIXTURE INTO AN OILED BREAD PAN OR DIVIDED MINI LOAF PAN (MAKES 6 SMALL LOAVES).
- BAKE AT 325 DEGREES F. FOR 30 MINUTES.
