Ingredientes
- 2 lb grnd beef
- 1 can tomato sauce, 15 ounce
- 2 x bay leaves
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp grnd allspice
- 3 c. water
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Direcciones
- Mix grnd beef and water till soupy done both ways, cooked comes out better)Fold in other ingredients. Simmer, uncovered 3 hrs. Stir occasionally.
- makes 8 big servings.
- Use over spaghetti noodles, top which with kidney or possibly chili beans, cheddar cheese, raw onion.
