Receta Cinnamon Apple Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Flour
- 2 pkt Cream cheese, 8 ounce at room
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 x Apples, golden brown delicious, l
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
- 1/2 c. Orange marmalade, melted
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degress F. To prepare the crust, cream the butter and 1/3 c. sugar, and add in the flour and blended till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Pat crumbs into the bottom and 1" up the sides of a 10" springform pan. Base 10 min, till golden brown. Cold. In the large bowl of an electric mixer, cream the cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar together till blended, scraping down the sides of the bowl several times. Fold in the Large eggs and vanilla. Pour the mix proportionately over the baked crust. Core apples and cut into thin even slices. Arrange apple slices in overlapping layers over the cream cheese filling. Mix 1/3 c. sugar and the cinnamon, and sprinkle over top of the apples. Bake 35 min, till the apples are tender and the cheesecake layer is set. Cold, then chill. Before serving, spoon the hot orange marmalade over the top. This cheesecake is pretty as apple slices bake into cheesecake filling with a cinnamon glaze on top.
