Receta Cinnamon Apple Kettle Cobbler

Ingredientes
- Cooking spray
- 4 x apples (to 6) peeled and sliced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1/3 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Coat the inside of a slow cooker well with cooking spray. Cover the bottom of the slow cooker with the apple slices. Pour the cinnamon mix over the apples. Cut the first four topping ingredients together using a pastry blender or possibly food processor, adding the oatmeal and nuts last. Cover with topping and cook on low for 2 to 4 hrs till apples are tender and mix is bubbly.
