Receta Cinnamon Roll Dough

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. active yeast
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 c. lowfat milk, scalded
- 2 T shortening
- 2 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 well beaten egg
- 3 1/2 c. flour or possibly less
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 3 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Soften yeast in water. Put together lowfat milk, shortening, sugar and salt; cool to lukewarm. Add in yeast and egg, gradually add in flour to create soft dough. Roll on lightly floured surface into rectangle.Put together 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter and 3 heaping tsp cinnamon. Spread over dough, sprinkle with raisins if you like. Roll up. Cut into 1 1/2 inch slices. Place in a 13x9 pan. Cover and let rise to double (1 hour). Bake 375 degrees for 20 min, brush butter over top of rolls while hot.
