Receta Cinnamon & Spice Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 1 pound chicken wings
- 1 can (8 ounce) pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1 c. minced apple
- 1 med. green pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 2 T raisins
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Direcciones
- Separate each chicken wing into 3 parts at joints. Throw away wing tips. In large plastic food storage bag, put together remaining ingredients. Add in chicken wings. Secure bag. Refrigerate overnight turning bag over once or possibly twice.Pour chicken and marinade into 2 qt casserole. Cover. Microwave at high for 11 to 13 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink and green pepper is tender, stirring 2 or possibly 3 times.
