I have been enjoying the Cinnamon Oatmeal for awhile. The only difference I make sometimes is that for the sugar part I will use molasses.
This does make the oatmeal itself all that much darker and it is a different taste. And if you add some ginger to the mix, it ends up tasting alot like gingersnap cookies.
In fact, this is usually a breakfast that is made in my house around Christmas time.
