Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Dijon mustard such as Grey Poupon Country Style
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. fresh orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 3 c. Romaine lettuce leaves torn
- 3 c. fresh spinach leaves torn
- 1 sm red onion thinly sliced
- 1 med cucumber thinly sliced
- 2 lrg oranges peel, section, chop
- 1 lb small shrimp peeled and deveined cooked
- 1/3 c. toasted pecan pcs (Planters)
Direcciones
- For dressing, combine mustard, honey, orange juice, and vinegar; refrigeratetill serving time.
- On large serving platter, layer lettuce leaves, spinach, onion slices, cucumber slices, orange pcs, and shrimp. To serve, sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with prepared salad dressing.
