- 8 ounce Italian salad dressing any variety
- 6 ounce soy sauce
- 6 ounce beer any variety
- 3 ounce Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 2 tsp chopped garlic Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

- Combine ingredients. Add in desired meat and marinate at least 1 hour before cooking.
- Comments: If you can't get Claim Jumper barbecue sauce, use KC Masterpiece instead.
