Direcciones

  1. Heat a large sauté pan over med-high heat and place the sugar and butter together until they melt together making sure not to allow the sugar to smoke and get too hot.
  2. Place the peeled bananas into the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Put Rum into the pan and flambé.
  4. Finish with the heavy cream and stir for 1-2 minutes gently making sure not to break up the bananas.
  5. Serve with the Ice Cream
