Receta Classic Bananas Foster with Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredientes
- 6 bananas
- ½ stick of butter
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 2 shots of Rum
- ¼ cup of heavy cream
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Direcciones
- Heat a large sauté pan over med-high heat and place the sugar and butter together until they melt together making sure not to allow the sugar to smoke and get too hot.
- Place the peeled bananas into the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Put Rum into the pan and flambé.
- Finish with the heavy cream and stir for 1-2 minutes gently making sure not to break up the bananas.
- Serve with the Ice Cream
