Receta Classic Ham Dinner

Ingredientes
- 2 slc Ham
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 12 x Canned apricots
- 2 Tbsp. Apricot jam
- 2 Tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1/2 c. Pineapple chunks
- 2 x Oranges, Juice of
- 2 Tbsp. Grated orange peel
- 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Sherry
Direcciones
- Saute/fry ham in pan in melted butter. Arrange apricots and pineapple chunks around ham slices. Reduce heat to simmer. In a bowl mix together apricot jam, maple syrup, orange juice, orange peel, parsley and sherry. Baste ham slices and fruit with liquid as ham cooks. Cook about 4 min on each side. Serve warm.
