  • 4 x Ham hocks
  • 1/2 lb Sweet Italian sausage
  • 1/2 lb German sausage Water
  • 4 med potatoes - quartered
  • 4 med carrots - large chunk
  • 1 sm cabbage - quartered
  • 1 lrg onion, sliced
  • 1/4 c. Parsley flakes
  • 2 x Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme leaves Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Put ham hocks and sausages in large pot, almost cover with water. Simmer for one hour. Remove hocks, cut off meat, throw away bones. Add in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer till vegetables are tender. Cut meat into bite size pcs. Remove bay leaves. Serve in soup bowls.
