Receta Coachtoms Chicken and Brocolli
Found this in 1 of little books at checkout line at grocery store.
Ingredientes
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 10-14oz. Bag frozen brocolli
- 1cup wild rice
- 3cups chicken broth
- 1can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 Sm can Mushrooms
- 2 chicken boullion cubes
- 2cups SharpCheddar cheese.
Direcciones
- Clean chicken breasts, rinse and cut into cubes. Put in frying pan with some olive oil to brown/heat up. Salt, Pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
- Put rest of ingrediants in 5QT. slowcooker. EXCEPT Brocolli...
- Turn heat on... Add Chicken. Stir well. Cover with lid. 3hours on HIGH. 41/2 to 5hrs on low setting.
- Add Brocolli with 30minutes left.
