Ingredientes
- nibbles cocktail sausages thin rashers streaky bacon
- 1/2 x as many as sausages tomato ketchup or possibly barbecue sauce
Direcciones
- De rind and stretch each rasher of bacon with the back of a table knife.
- Cut each rasher into four.
- Cut each sausage in half and wrap with a rasher of bacon.
- Skewer with a cocktail stick.
- Brush each with either tomato ketchup or possibly barbecue sauce you may find it easier to let down the sauce with a drop of vinegar and water.
- Lay the sausages onto a baking tray or possibly the grill rack if they won't fall through.
- Cover the stick ends with foil.
- Cook the sausages on the second set of runners from the top of the roasting oven for 5 min turn and cook for another 5 min till the bacon is crisp.
- Serve warm.
- Buy small good quality cocktail sausages and serve on cocktail sticks.
