Receta Coconut Custard Pie With Bisquick

Ingredientes
- 4 large eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 c. flaked coconut
Direcciones
- Mix first 3 ingredients together, then add in rest. Mix well and pour into greased 9 inch glass pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.Makes its own crust, custard filling in center and browned coconut on top. To test for doneness, place the point of knife in center. If knife comes out clean, it's done. Cool on cake rack.
