Receta Coconut Dream Bars
Gooey and delicious, plus they are easy to make.
Ingredientes
- Crust:
- 1/2 cup butter or margerine, soft
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup AP flour
- Filling:
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 T AP flour
- 1/2 cup sweet coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- optional: 1/2 cup mini choc chips or regular size
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and brown sugar, then add flour.
- Press dough into a greased 8x8 pan.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Combine filling ingredients and spread over the top of the dough.
- Bake until golden brown and the center is set, about 12-18 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Cut into squares or rectangles.
