Receta Coconut Raisin Breakfast Nuggets

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 x egg
- 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 3/4 c. whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c. coconut
- 1/3 c. walnuts minced
- 1/2 c. raisins
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, cream shortening, sugar and vanilla. Add in egg, lowfat milk and molasses.
- Stir together flour, wheat germ, soda, baking pwdr and salt. Add in to creamed mix. Stir in coconut, walnuts and raisins.
- Drop by Tbsp. onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 13 min.
- This recipe yields 15 cookies.
