Receta Cold Chinese Noodles With Toppings

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Thin Chinese-style egg noodles, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut oil
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Dark sesame oil
- 4 tsp Rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Chili oil, to 1 1/2 tsps, to taste
- 1 tsp Finely grated fresh ginger Thinly sliced or possibly diced ham Cooked chicken, diced or possibly shredded Cooked shrimp Tofu Grated carrots Thinly sliced cucumbers Minced green onions Snow peas or possibly green beans, blanched Thinly sliced radishes Fresh bean sprouts Minced fresh coriander, (cilantro) Celery, sliced diagonally Rice vinegar, as needed Orange or possibly tangerine sections Peanuts or possibly cashews, toasted and minced Toasted sesame seeds
Direcciones
- Toss noodles with peanut oil.
- In a bowl large sufficient to hold noodles, combine all dressing ingredients.
- Stir til sugar is dissolved. Add in noodles and toss to coat proportionately with dressing. Allow to marinated 20 mins at room temp. or possibly, preferably, several hrs or possibly overnight in refrigerator, covered.
- Prepare toppings. Vegetables may be sprinkled with rice vinegar or possibly tossed in dressing, if you like. Arrange toppings in small serving bowls. Toss noodles once again and arrange on chilled platter before serving with toppings.
