Receta Coleslaw

Ingredientes
- 1 bag coleslaw mix (or possibly 2 bags broccoli slaw)
- 1 c. matchstick carrots
- 1 med red bell pepper cut into strips (opt.)
- 3/4 c. Hellman's low-fat mayo (I use a combination of low-fat and fat free)
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar (apple cider vinegar is also good)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp celery seeds
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
Direcciones
- In a small bowl mix dressing ingredients. In a larger bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots and bell pepper. Toss with dressing. Refrigeratefor at least 2 hrs.
