Receta Collard greens with ham
Collard greens with smoked ham, tomato and onion brightened with a splash of cider vinegar.
Ingredientes
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 150 g smoked ham, chopped
- 3 cups water
- ½ tbs apple cider vinegar
- 500 g collards (1 bunch)
- Pepper to taste

In a large pressure cooker pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add in the garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
