  • 1 can Beef broth, (14.8 ounce)
  • 1 can French onion soup, (10.78 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 pkt Brown & wild rice mix, (8 ounce)
  • 1 c. Long grain rice, (uncooked)
  • 1 c. Minced bell peppers, (red, yellow & green)
  • 1/2 c. Sliced green onion
  • 1/2 c. Pine nuts, toasted (optional)
  • 1 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. In a large saucepan, combine broth, onion soup and butter. Stir in rice mix with seasoning packet and long grain rice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 min or possibly till rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in peppers and onions. Sprinkle with nuts.
  2. Yield: 6 servings.
