  • Cooking bag
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 x Chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 lb Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 x Garlic clove -- chopped Chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. Hoisin or possibly barbeque sauce

Direcciones

  1. Shake flour into bag to coat the inside. Add in a small amount of liquid to bottom of bag and dissolve flour so it does not clump on food. Place chicken breasts on bottom of bag, cover with mushrooms, garlic, ginger and sauce. Tie bag with nylon tie, vent with knife slits in 5 or possibly 6 places.
  2. Cook on High 5 to 6 min. Allow to stand 5 min. Carefully open bag to avoid escaping steam.
